Component overview

  1. Pressure pipe
  2. Pressure hoses from charge air cooler
  3. Rubber shroud for pressure system
  1. Remove pressure pipe.
    1. 1.1. Disconnect and pull off the ambient air lines -1-  at the left and right of the pressure pipe.
    2. 1.2. Disconnect and pull off the cable plug -2-  on the pressure sensor.
    3. 1.3. Disconnect and pull off the control lines on the pressure pipe -3 and 4-  .
    4. 1.4. Loosen the screw-type clamp on the rubber shroud -5-  for the throttle unit.

    5. 1.5. Loosen screw-type clamps -1-  on the pressure pipe (charge air cooler connection).

    6. 1.6. Pull the pressure pipe out of the rubber mountings on the air cleaner housing -2-  and remove it along with the rubber shroud.
