Removing Air Guide For Charge Air Cooler

Information
Specifications for wrench sizes (a/f specifications) for screw heads are described as follows:
- Torx screws: (E..) for external Torx, (T..) for internal Torx.
- Hexagon-head bolts (internal and external hexagon): Wrench size (a/f)
- Removing air guide.
- 1.1. Unscrew seven tapping screws -arrows- on the air intake.
- 1.2. Unscrew ten hexagon-head bolts (a/f 10, M6 x 18) -1- and one hexagon nut (a/f 10, M6) -2- in the wheel housing.
- 1.3. Unscrew one M8 hexagon nut (a/f 13) and unclip the cover -3- .
- Guide the air guide back out of the wheel housing.
- 2.1. Swivel the air guide at the back downwards and guide it out of the side panel.
- 2.2. Make sure not to damage the rubber lip on the air guide at the air intake.
