Installing Intake Manifold Pressure Sensor

Information 

Specifications for wrench sizes (a/f specifications) for screw heads are described as follows:

  1. Grease O-ring.
    1. 1.1. Grease the O-ring with "Kluber Syntheso Glep" grease (Porsche part number 000.043.204.68).
    2. 1.2. Replace the sensor if the O-ring is damaged.
  2. Fit the intake manifold pressure sensor -2-  into the intake manifold from above.

  3. Fit and tighten one internal Torx screw (M6 x 15, T30) -1-  .

    → Tightening torque: 4 Nm (3 ft. lb.)

  4. Push on and engage the cable plug.
  5. Clip hose from the recirculating air valve on cylinder bank 4-6 into the holder.
