Removing DME Control Module

  1. Fold the backrests of the rear seats forward.
  2. Lift the carpet lining up and remove.
  3. Unscrew fastening screw -1-  and loosen fixing nut -2-  .

  4. Turn control module holder.
    NOTE: Voltage peaks
    • Risk of damage to load or to the control unit

    → Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

  5. Press in the connector -A-  and pull it off the control unit.

  6. Push in plugs -B-  lock and actuate the latching lever.
  7. Unscrew the four fastening screws of the holder and remove the control module.
