Installing Oxygen Sensor Upstream Of Catalytic Converter

Information 

  1. Fit and tighten oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter (a/f 22) -1-  at the catalytic converter.

    → Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 ft. lb.) +/-8 Nm (+/-6 ft. lb.) 

  2. Guide the oxygen sensor cable at the side of the engine to the plug connection in the engine compartment and clip the cable into the holder -left arrow-  .

  3. Connect the cable plug for the oxygen sensor upstream of the catalytic converter -1-  in the engine compartment and clip the plug connection into the bracket.
