Component Overview

  1. Intake-air distributor, bank 1-3
  2. Connecting strips (with M6 x 12 external Torx screws).
  3. Central intake-air distributor
  4. Intake-air distributor, bank 4-6
  5. Replace O-rings.

  1. Fit new O-rings on the center intake air distributor section and coat lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep (Part No. 000.043.204.68)
  2. Assemble the individual parts of the intake-air distributor and fasten by means of the connecting strips.
    1. 2.1. Insert four M6 x 12 external Torx screws (E10) from inside (slots in connecting strips).

      Tighten screws only following installation of the intake-air distributor.
