Installing Throttle Housing

  1. Fit the throttle housing.

    1. 1.1. Fit throttle housing with four external Torx screws (E10, M6 x 40) -1-  and tighten screws. Make sure that the holder is fitted correctly on the damping element.

      → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.) 

    2. 1.2. Tighten M6 fastening nut (a/f 10) -2-  on the throttle valve holder.

      → Tightening torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ft. lb.) 

  2. Fit cable plug on the throttle housing and clip cable into the sheetmetal clips.
  3. Fit rubber sleeve.
