Preliminary Work

  1. Disconnect the battery. → Disconnecting And Connecting The Battery 
  2. Remove air cleaner housing. → REMOVING AIR CLEANER HOUSING
  3. Release drive belt. → REMOVAL

    Information 

    The pulley on the hydraulic pump can become damaged when you remove the generator.

    • The pulley on the hydraulic pump must be removed. 
  4. Remove pulley on hydraulic pump. → REMOVING AND INSTALLING HYDRAULIC PUMP .
