Installing Radiator

Information 

• Grease O-rings, hoses and lines in the cooling system with Kluberplus Gel (Part No. 000.043.205.93). 

1. Install radiator.
   1. 1.1. Secure the radiator to the body with a yellow fixing clip.
   2. 1.2. Screw in and tighten three M8 hexagon-head bolts.

      Fit short screws at the bottom.

      → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) 

2. Fit supply and return hose -1 and 3-  .
   1. 2.1. Coat O-rings lightly with Kluberplus Gel and fit hoses.
   2. 2.2. Connect vent line -2-  .
   3. 2.3. Plug connections must engage correctly; check by pulling on the lines.

3. Vehicles with middle radiator: 
   1. 3.1. Coat O-ring lightly with Kluberplus Gel.
   2. 3.2. Connect hose to the middle radiator. Pull to check that hose is secure.
4. Connect cable plug for electric fan.
5. Install condenser.

   → INSTALLING CONDENSER .

   1. 5.1. Engage the condenser in the side clips on the radiator and secure with a tapping screw.
   2. 5.2. Remove tie-wrap.
