Installing Condenser

Before re-installing the component, check the O-rings of the refrigerant lines for damage and replace them if necessary.

Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil.

Close off all lines and connections using suitable stoppers during removal.

Do not open the stoppers for the lines and connections until shortly before installation.

  1. Position the condenser using the guides -4-  and tighten the fastening screw -3-  to the prescribed tightening torque → Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ft.lbs.)  .

  2. Connect refrigerant lines -2-  and tighten to the specified tightening torque → Tightening torque 14 Nm (10.5 ft.lbs.)  .

  3. Clip control unit for garage door opener into the bracket → INSTALLING CONTROL UNIT FOR GARAGE DOOR OPENER .
