MaKING GROUND CONNECTION USING A THROUGH BOLT

1. Drill a hole. Diameter 4 mm

2. Remove dirt and primer on both sides using an end brush > 9399/3 - end brush  .

3. Drill out the bore. > Diameter 8 mm v

4. De-burr the bore on both sides.
5. Fit countersunk screw through the bore and secure it with a hexagon nut. > COUNTERSUNK SCREW 999.073.549.01  > HEXAGON NUT 900.377.003.01 
6. Tighten threaded joint to the specified torque. > Tightening torque 15 N.m (11 ft.lb) 
7. Seal threaded joint.
