Replacing Crankcase

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Disassemble the engine.

    > 1001Z1 DISASSEMBLING ENGINE 

  2. The crankcase must only be replaced as a complete unit with the upper and lower part matching.
  3. Fit new crankshaft bearings. Replace piston rings. Visually inspect pistons.
  4. Assemble the engine.

    > 1001Z2 ASSEMBLING ENGINE
