Converting Engine

Information 

1. The tightening specifications for the basic engine are stored centrally

   > 1001IN TIGHTENING TORQUES, TIGHTENING SEQUENCES, ASSEMBLY OVERVIEWS 

2. Convert turbo pressure line on both sides.

   > 214119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PRESSURE PIPE

3. Convert the drive belt.

   > 137819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE BELT

4. Convert air-conditioning compressor.

   > WM 873419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ELECTRIC AIR-CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR (PANAMERA S E-HYBRID, PANAMERA S HYBRID)

5. Convert hydraulic pump/tandem pump.

   > Refer to 489855 Replacing hydraulic pump

6. Convert secondary-air pump.

   > 266519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SECONDARY-AIR PUMP WITH BRACKET

7. Convert entire air injection system including switching valves.

   > Refer to 267519 Removing and installing secondary air valve

8. Convert air box for throttle housing with lines.

   > 243519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR BOX FOR THROTTLE HOUSING (Y-PIPE AHEAD OF THROTTLE VALVE)

9. Convert coolant hoses and coolant pipes.
10. Convert vacuum lines.
11. Convert flywheel

    > 136019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FLYWHEEL
