Installing Transmission Mount

Insert new transmission mount into calibrating sleeve T10214/2 and fit tool T10214/3 on the plastic ring of the mount without screwing it to the mount.

Inserting transmission mount in tool
Fit calibrating sleeve T102I4/2 -2- on tool T10214/1 -1- . Press transmission mount into the calibrating sleeve T10214/2 -2- until it is flush with the upper edge -arrows- .

Calibrating transmission mount
Screw the tool T10214/3 to the calibrated mount.

Screwing on tool
Position tool T10214/2/3 together with the new mount on the transmission support. Make sure that the notch on the special tool is aligned with the marking applied to the transmission support before removal -arrows- .

Aligning transmission mount
Position tool T10214/1 -1- under the opening in the transmission support and press transmission mount -2- into the transmission support using the workshop press. Make sure that the mount is aligned with the transmission support -arrows- .

Pressing in transmission mount
The mount is at the correct installation position when the tool T10214/2 can move freely.

Tool moving freely
Unscrew tool T10214/3 from the transmission mount.

Unscrewing tool
Fit tool T10214/3 on the projecting side again and press the transmission mount in flush again until it is installed evenly in the transmission support.
