Install oil pressure indicator sensor with adapter.
> WM, 170419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OIL-PRESSURE SENDER .
Install the chain tensioner.
> 153619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CHAIN TENSIONER
Install alternator.
> WM, 272219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING GENERATOR
Install turbocharger suction and pressure hose on cylinder bank 1.
Install new joint flange with crankshaft sealing ring.
> WM, 137419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SEALING RING FOR CRANKSHAFT PULLEY
> 9861 - Dismantle the timing tool on the camshafts of both cylinder banks.
Fit and secure belt pulley with friction washer.
> WM, 137619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING VIBRATION DAMPER (CRANKSHAFT PULLEY)
Check the timing.

TDC position of camshafts
1. 8.1 Turn the engine two turns clockwise to TDC of cylinder 1 and lock the belt pulley using > 9595/1 - locating pins.
2. 8.2 Check camshaft adjustment.
  1. 8.2.1 If the control chain is still in the same position as it was during removal, remove > 9595/1 - locating pins and continue with Step 7.
  2. 8.2.2 Only set the timing if the control chain has skipped.

Install both cylinder head covers.
> 158219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CYLINDER HEAD COVER
Install coolant pump belt pulley.
Install the drive belt.
> 137819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE BELT
Fasten the coolant pump belt pulley.
Install the hat for the throttle body complete with both moulded hoses.
> WM, 243519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COWL FOR THROTTLE HOUSING (Y-PIPE)

Assemble the lock support panel and bumper complete with all radiators.

14.2 Tighten screw securing -1- ATF lines -3- to thermostat -4- .

14.3 Fasten the refrigerant line screws to the condenser.

Use new O-rings.

Refill coolant.

Filling engine oil.
> 170117 CHANGING ENGINE OIL AND OIL FILTER
Fill in hydraulic fluid.
> 430501 CHECKING FLUID LEVEL (PDCC)
Connect the battery.
> WM 978509 LOOSENING AND SECURING GROUND STRAP FOR BATTERY
