Removing Oil Separator

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Disconnect line connection -1 and 2-  on the connection piece for the oil separator -3-  . Check sealing ring and replace it if necessary.

  2. Unscrew four fastening screws -4-  on the oil separator -3-  .

  3. Pull the oil separator -3-  out of the bore on the valve cover -5-  and remove it in an upward direction.
  4. Always replace seals -6-  .
