Subsequent Work

Information 

Loosen and tighten screws on the component according to specifications.

1. Install the clutch.

   → 305019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CLUTCH .

   1. 1.1. Centre clutch plate on the flywheel using centering mandrel 9102  , position pressure plate together with ring gear and secure with nine cheese head bolts (hexagon socket, M8 x 45).

   2. 1.2. Screw in cheese head bolts evenly and crosswise and tighten to the specified torque. To counter, position toothed segment p201 b  on stud.

      → Final tightening: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) 

2. Remove and install transmission.

   → 343519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING TRANSMISSION .
