Subsequent Work

  1. Install pistons and cylinders.

    → Installation 

  2. Assemble engine - starting with the cylinder housing.

    → Assembling Engine - Starting With Cylinder Housing

  3. Remove the engine from the engine assembly support and set it down on the Master Gear unit lifting platform WE 1206  with the engine support.
  4. Mount the transmission.

    → 343527 REMOVING AND MOUNTING TRANSMISSION .

    Turbo only:  → 373527 REMOVING AND MOUNTING AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

  5. Install the engine.

    → Installing Engine .
