1. Remove outer rear wheel housing. → 536855 REPLACING REAR WHEEL HOUSING  - section on "Removing"
2. Remove center side member. → 514855 REPLACING CENTRE SIDE MEMBER - section on "Removing"
3. Milling off spotwelds
   1. 3.1. Mill off spotwelds in areas -A, B, C, D-  using a spotweld cutter.

4. Milling off spotwelds
   1. 4.1. Mill off spotwelds in areas -A, B, D, F-  using a spotweld cutter.
   2. 4.2. Mill off spotwelds in areas -C, E-  using a spotweld cutter (2 plate thicknesses).

5. Loosening bonded joint
   1. 5.1. Bend up sheetmetal bracket -Arrow A-  .
   2. 5.2. Heat up bonded joint in area -B-  using a Leister Elektron Hot-Air Gun   .
