Subsequent Work

  1. Install holder unit (drive mechanism). → Removing Holder Unit (Drive Mechanism) 
  2. Install wire harness for roof assembly. → INSTALLING WIRE HARNESS FOR CONVERTIBLE TOP 
  3. Install frame for sunroof cover. → Installing Frame For Sliding Roof 
  4. Install air deflector. → Installing Air Deflector 
  5. Install microswitch for closing the sunroof. → Replacing Microswitch For Closing The Sunroof 
  6. Install motor for sunroof at the left and right. → Installing Electric Motor For Sunroof 
  7. Install closing aid. → INSTALLING CLOSING AID
  8. Install wiper motor for rear window washer. → INSTALLING WIPER MOTOR FOR REAR WINDOW WASHER 
  9. Connect roof assembly and vehicle using an adapter cable 9758  .
  10. Adjust microswitch for closing the sunroof. → Adjusting Microswitch For Closing The Sunroof 
  11. Carry out a function test from the vehicle using the adapter cable 9758  .
  12. Connect PIWIS Tester 9718  and read out fault memory; erase the fault memory if necessary.
  13. Install roof assembly. → Installing Roof Module
