Checking Transmission Oil

→ Let the fluid cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

Information 

• Secure vehicle to prevent it rolling away. 
• To check transmission oil the vehicle must be horizontal. 

1. Unscrew oil inspection plug -arrow-  .

2. The oil level is correct if the oil reaches the lower edge of the inspection window.

   If this is not the case, add more transmission oil. → Topping Up Transmission Oil 

3. Screw in oil inspection plug -arrow-  with a new sealing ring. → Tightening torque: 35 Nm
