Installing Sealing Channel And Bulkhead Panel

  1. Applying structural adhesive to the sealing channel
    1. 1.1. Using the bonding gun, apply structural adhesive to the sealing channel in areas -A, B, C-  in the form of an adhesive bead measuring -X= approx. 3 mm-  .

  2. Fitting the sealing channel and bulkhead panel to the roof reinforcement
    1. 2.1. Fit the sealing channel and bulkhead panel to the roof reinforcement and fix in place with tensioning clamps.
  3. Welding in the sealing channel
    1. 3.1. Resistance spot-weld the sealing channel in area -A-  .

  4. Welding in the bulkhead panel
    1. 4.1. Resistance spot-weld the bulkhead panel in area -A-  .
