REAR COVER DISASSEMBLING PROCEDURE CHART (1 OF 2)

No.	Procedure	Instructions
		Extend spoiler manually
1	Removing upper part of the spoiler	Press out the plastic plugs -1-2-3-
2	Removing the folding wall from the upper part of the spoiler	Press out the expanding rivets -4-. Remove the rails -5- from the lower part of the spoiler towards the rear.
3	Removing the folding wall from the cover	Press out the clamping washer -7- with a screwdriver. The clamping washers are destroyed by the action of removing them. Remove the fastening rail -8- and the folding wall -6- from the cover towards the rear.
4	Removing the lower part of the spoiler	Refer to REMOVING AND INSTALLING ADDITIONAL BRAKE LIGHT Unscrew the fastening nuts -9- from the upper part of the spoiler and the hinge -11- . Remove the threaded plate -10-. Unscrew the fastening screws-12- from the lower part of the spoiler and the actuating element. Remove the position spacer-13-.
5	Removing the hinge	Unscrew fastening screws -14-, -11-

7	Removing rubber covering	Pull rubber cover -18-
8	Remove adjusting element	Unscrew rubber pad -19-,-20-
9	Removing upper part of the lock	Unscrew fastening screws -21-,-22-
10	Removing fan with fan housing	Disconnect plug connections for fan and engine compartment lighting on the fen housing. See: -23-,24-,-23,-24- Unscrew fastening screws-23-,-24-
11	Removing air guide	Pull off air guide -25-
12	Removing model logo	Pull off model logo-26-
