DIAGNOSIS/TROUBLESHOOTING FOR FAULT CODE 10

1	Visual inspection	Check whether the plug connections of the Targa rear window closing aid or of the control module are connected and are locked	Step 2	Connect and lock plug connections -> End
2	Check the lead from the Targa rear window closing aid to the control module for short circuit to ground	Switch off ignition Pull plug off Targa rear window closing aid Pull plug A off the control module Measure resistance between plug A on control module pin 17 and ground	Step 3	Repair wiring harness -> End
3	Check the lead from the control module to the Targa rear window closing aid for open circuit	Measure resistance between plug A on control module pin 25 and plug on the Targa rear window closing aid pin 5	< 5 Step 4	Repair wiring harness -> End
4	Check the lead from the Targa rear window closing aid to the control module for open circuit	Measure resistance between plug A on control module pin 5 and plug on the Targa rear window closing aid pin 6	< 5 Step 5	Repair wiring harness -> End
5	Replace closing aid for Targa rear window		-> End
