Direct Clutch Hub Assemble

  1. Inspect the housing for the following:
    • Damaged or worn splines
    • Damaged or worn bushings
    • Wear, cracks and scoring on the shaft
  2. Install the direct clutch housing hub thrust washer (9) into the housing (10).

  3. Install the direct clutch hub housing (10) into the case.
