Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the radiator grille. Refer to Grille Replacement .
  2. Remove the radiator lower grille. Refer to Lower Grille Replacement .

  4. Remove the transmission fluid cooler hose from the auxiliary oil cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  5. Remove the transmission fluid cooler hose from the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  6. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  7. Remove the catalytic converter guard. Refer to Catalytic Converter Guard Replacement .

  9. Remove the cooling lines from the transmission. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  10. Remove the oil cooling lines from the vehicle.
