Installation Procedure

  1. Position the transmission mount on the frame rail.
    2. Fig 1: View Of Left Transmission Mount & Frame Rail Bolts

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the transmission mount to frame rail bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 37 N.m (27 lb ft).

  3. Install the transmission mount to transmission bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolts to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).

  4. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
  5. Remove the engine support. Refer to Engine Support Fixture .
