Rear Internal Gear and Front Carrier Installation

    IMPORTANT: Make sure that the front internal gear thrust bearing assembly (529) is installed with the correct side up.
  1. Install the front internal gear thrust bearing assembly (529) - black side up.

  2. Install the front carrier assembly (542).
  3. Install the front sun gear thrust bearing race (543).

  4. Install the rear internal gear thrust bearing (535).
  5. Install the rear internal gear (536).
  6. Install the rear sun gear thrust bearing race (537).

  7. Install the rear sun gear thrust bearing (538).
  8. Install the front sun gear assembly (544).
  9. Install the input shaft thrust bearing (540).
