Component Testing

Static Test
- Ignition OFF, disconnect the 22-way automatic transmission (AT) wiring harness connector (C2) at the TCM.
- Disconnect the automatic transmission (AT) wiring harness connectors at the valve body (V/B).
- Place the TFT sensor in water with a temperature of 10°C. Test for 5.80-7.09K ohms between the TFT sensor high signal circuit terminal 14 and low signal circuit terminal 13.
- If not within the specified range, replace the AT wiring harness, refer to Wiring Harness Removal procedure and Wiring Harness Installation procedure.
- Place the TFT sensor in water with a temperature of 110°C. Test for 0.231-0.263K ohms between the TFT sensor high signal circuit terminal 14 and low signal circuit terminal 13.
- If not within the specified range, replace the AT wiring harness, refer to Wiring Harness Removal procedure and Wiring Harness Installation procedure.
