Test VER-2A - Verification Test
- Reconnect all previously disconnected components and connectors. If Body Control Module (BCM) was replaced, go to next step. If BCM was not replaced, go to step 3).
- Enable VTSS if equipped. Using DRB, program all remote keyless entry transmitters. Recalibrate A/C-heater doors. Program other options as necessary.
- If any repairs were made to A/C-heater system or battery was disconnected, start engine and recalibrate A/C-heater doors using DRB.
- Ensure ignition is on. Using DRB, erase all trouble codes. Turn ignition on and wait 5 seconds. Turn ignition on and fully operate system that was malfunctioning. If system is operating properly, go to next step. If system does not operate properly, repeat TEST 1A - IDENTIFYING SYSTEM PROBLEMS .
- Using DRB, read BCM trouble codes. If no trouble codes are present and customer's complaint cannot be duplicated, repair is complete. If any codes are present, go to TEST 1A - IDENTIFYING SYSTEM PROBLEMS .
