Ball Joint: Installation

- Install ball joint, ensuring bolts are facing upward. Tighten bolts. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS table. Engage ball joint stud into steering knuckle.
- Install castle nut and new cotter pin.
- To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Check wheel alignment. See SPECIFICATIONS & PROCEDURES article in WHEEL ALIGNMENT.
