Diagnosis Procedure

1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
2. Check voltage between seat cushion blower harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace seat cushion blower. Refer to Seat Cushion Blower .

NO

GO TO 2.

1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect seat cushion blower connector, seat back blower connector and climate controlled seat control unit connector.
3. Check continuity between seat cushion blower harness connector and climate controlled seat control unit harness connector.

4. Check continuity between seat cushion blower harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

GO TO 3.

NO

Repair or replace harness.

1. Check continuity between seat cushion blower harness connector and climate controlled seat control unit harness connector.

2. Check continuity between seat cushion blower harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Replace climate controlled seat control unit. Refer to Exploded View .

NO

Repair or replace harness.
