Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove both wiper arms (RH/LH). Refer to Removal and Installation .
  2. Release the cowl top cover seal clips, then remove cowl top cover seal.
  3. Release the pawls, then remove the front fender covers (1) (RH/LH).
    NOTE: LH shown below, RH similar

  4. Disconnect the washer nozzle supply hose.
  5. Release the cowl top cover clips, then remove cowl top cover.
  6. Disconnect the harness connector from the wiper motor. Refer to Exploded View .
  7. Remove wiper motor harness clip and cowl top extension bolts, then remove the cowl top extension.
  8. Remove the front wiper drive assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  9. Remove the cowl top brace (RH/LH) bolts, then remove cowl top brace (RH/LH) (if necessary).
