Diagnosis Procedure

The parking, license plate and tail lamps do not turn ON in any lighting switch position.
- LIGHTING SWITCH INSPECTION
Check the lighting switch. Refer to Diagnosis Procedure .
Is the lighting switch normal?
YES
GO TO 2.
NO
Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.
- CHECK TAIL LAMP RELAY REQUEST SIGNAL INPUT
CONSULT DATA MONITOR
- Select "TAIL & CLR REQ" of IPDM E/R DATA MONITOR item.
- While operating the lighting switch, check the monitor status.

YES
GO TO 3.
NO
Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation .
- PARK LAMP CIRCUIT INSPECTION
Check the parking lamp circuit. Refer to Component Function Check .
Is the tail lamp circuit normal?
YES
Replace IPDM E/R. Refer to Removal and Installation .
NO
Repair or replace the malfunctioning part.
