Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove heater & cooling unit assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation .
  2. Remove air mix door motor (LH). Refer to Exploded View .
  3. Remove air mix door motor (RH). Refer to Exploded View .
  4. Disconnect harness connector from intake sensor.
  5. Remove evaporator and expansion valve assembly.
  6. Remove the intake sensor (1) from the evaporator (2).

    CAUTION:
    • Mark the mounting position of the intake sensor.
    • Do not damage the evaporator core.
