YES
GO TO 2.

Repair or replace harness or connector.
- CHECK STEERING SWITCH RESISTANCE
Check steering switch resistance. Refer to Component Inspection .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 3.
NO
Replace steering switch. Refer to Removal and Installation .
- CHECK SPIRAL CABLE
Check spiral cable for continuity. Refer to Component Inspection .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Replace combination meter. Refer to Removal and Installation .
NO
Replace spiral cable. Refer to Removal and Installation .
