Removal and Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten components to specification. Refer to Exploded View .
- Align L-shaped pin on the brake hose in hole in brake caliper, then install brake hose with new copper sealing washers (1) and tighten union bolt (A) to specified torque. Refer to Exploded View .CAUTION: Do not reuse copper sealing washers.
- Refill with new brake fluid and perform air bleeding. Refer to Bleeding Brake System .CAUTION:
- Do not reuse drained brake fluid.
- Do not spill or splash brake fluid on the disc brake rotor.
