Removal and Installation: Removal

NOTE: The engine assembly does not need to be removed to remove or replace oil pump assembly.

Remove the oil pan (upper). Refer to Removal and Installation .
Remove the front cover. Refer to Exploded View .
Remove the oil pump drive spacer.

- Hold and remove the flat space of the oil pump drive spacer by pulling it forward.
Loosen oil pump assembly bolts and remove the oil pump assembly.
