Removal and Installation: Installation

  1. Install brake pads and retainers from brake caliper assembly.
  2. Install the brake caliper assembly to the steering knuckle and tighten the torque member bolts to the specified torque.
    CAUTION: Do not spill or splash any grease and moisture on the torque member mounting face, threads or bolts. Wipe out any grease and moisture.
  3. Install brake hose to brake caliper assembly. Refer to Exploded View .
    CAUTION: Do not reuse copper sealing washers.
  4. Bleed the brake system. Refer to Bleeding Brake System .
  5. Install the wheel and tire. Refer to Removal and Installation .
