NOTE: The Signal Tech II Tool [- (J-50190)] can be used to test the remote keyless entry keyfob relative signal strength. Refer to the Signal Tech II User Guide for additional information.

CHECK FUNCTION

CONSULT

Select "KEYLESS LOCK" and "KEYLESS UNLOCK"in "Data Monitor" mode of "BCM (MULTI REMOTE ENT)".
Check remote keyless entry receiver by pressing the keyfob lock and unlock buttons.

Is the inspection result normal?

YES

Keyfob is OK.

NO
