Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK DTC (COMBINATION METER)
With CONSULT
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Select "Self Diagnostic Results" in "METER/M&A".
Is any DTC detected?
YES
Check DTC detected item. Refer to DTC Index .
NO
GO TO 2.
- CHECK PADDLE SHIFTER POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Check voltage between combination switch (spiral cable) harness connector terminals.

Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 6.
NO
Voltage is kept at 0 V: GO TO 3.
NO
Voltage is kept at battery voltage: GO TO 4.
- Check voltage between combination switch (spiral cable) harness connector terminals.
- CHECK CIRCUIT BETWEEN COMBINATION SWITCH (SPIRAL CABLE) AND COMBINATION METER
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect combination switch (spiral cable).
- Disconnect combination meter connector.
- Check continuity between combination switch (spiral cable) harness connector terminals and combination meter harness connector terminals.

- Also check short circuit in harness.
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 4.
NO
Repair or replace damaged parts.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between combination switch (spiral cable) harness connector terminal and ground.

- CHECK COMBINATION SWITCH (SPIRAL CABLE)
Check combination switch (spiral cable). Refer to Component Inspection .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
GO TO 6.
NO
Repair or replace damaged parts.
- CHECK PADDLE SHIFTER
Check paddle shifter.
- Paddle shifter (up): Refer to Component Inspection .
- Paddle shifter (down): Refer to Component Inspection .
Is the inspection result normal?
YES
Check intermittent incident. Refer to Inspection .
NO
Repair or replace damaged parts.
