The BSI buzzer does not sound

NOTE:

If the system malfunctions, always check for DTCs with the HDS.
If a DTC is stored, troubleshoot the DTC first.

Check for DTCs with the HDS (see General Troubleshooting Information ).
Are any DTCs indicated?

YES -Troubleshoot the indicated DTC(s).

NO -Go to step 2
Do the gauge control module self-diagnostic function (see SELF-DIAGNOSTIC FUNCTION ).
Does the side beeper sound?

YES -Replace the BSI control unit

NO -Replace the gauge control module, and recheck.
