DTC P145C: EVAP System Purge Flow Malfunction

NOTE:

Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot, and review the general troubleshooting information (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION ).
If DTC P145C is indicated alone, do the troubleshooting for DTC P0496 and P0497 using the freeze data for P145C.
If DTC P0497 and P145C are stored at the same time, check for a poor connection, a blockage, or damage at the EVAP canister purge line between the EVAP canister purge valve and the EVAP canister, or check for a stuck closed EVAP canister purge valve.
If any of DTCs listed below are indicated at the same time as DTC P145C, troubleshoot those DTCs first, then recheck for P145C.
