Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) Unit Removal/Installation

- Remove the glove box (see GLOVE BOX REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
- Remove the stereo amplifier (see SUBWOOFER (WITHOUT NAVIGATION) ).
- Remove the bolts from the bracket that hold the ACC unit (A).
- Disconnect the connector from the ACC unit.
- Remove the ACC unit from the bracket.
- Install the unit in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
If a new ACC unit is installed, do these operations:
- Do the ACC unit update procedure (see ACC UNIT UPDATE ).
- Do the CMBS initial check (DTC100) (see DTC 64: CMBS OPERATION ERROR (EXCESSIVE OPERATION) ).
