Rear Heater And Cooling Unit Assembly: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:

Replace the O-ring of the low-pressure A/C pipe and high-pressure A/C pipe with a new one, and apply compressor oil to the O-ring for installation. Refer to "COMPONENTS ".
After charging the refrigerant, check for leaks. Refer to "CHECKING FOR REFRIGERANT LEAKS ".

NOTE:

Fill the engine cooling system with the specified coolant mixture. Refer to "CHANGING ENGINE COOLANT ".
Recharge the A/C system. Refer to "EVACUATING SYSTEM AND CHARGING REFRIGERANT ".
