Circuit Description

Shift solenoid valves "A" and "B" are turned on and off by TCM in response to output signal from the PNP switch, vehicle speed sensor and throttle position sensor. A voltage drop not within specifications during solenoid operation will set DTC. Shift solenoid "A" is normally on in 1st and 4th gear. Shift solenoid "B" is normally on in 1st and 2nd gear.
