Removal & Installation (Manual Seat)

  1. Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS  . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM  .
  2. Remove passenger-side front seat from vehicle. Remove seat recliner knob. Remove seat cushion finisher. Remove lift knobs. Remove 4 bolts from seat cushion assembly. Remove retainer on seat cushion frame. Remove connector for seat heater. Remove seat cushion assembly.
  3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten front seat mounting bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  . Activate air bag system.
