BCM Power Supply and Ground Circuit Check

- CHECK FUSE AND FUSIBLE LINK
- Check 10A fuse [No. 1, located in fuse block (J/B)]
- Check 50A fusible link (letter f , located in the fuse and fusible link box)
NOTE: Refer to "COMPONENT PARTS AND HARNESS CONNECTOR LOCATION ".OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 2.
- NG: If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse. Refer to POWER DISTRIBUTION .
- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check voltage between BCM connector M18, M19 terminal 38, 55 and ground.
55 (W/B) - Ground: Battery voltage
38 (R/W) - Ground: Battery voltage
OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 3.
- NG: Repair or replace harness.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect BCM.
- Check continuity between BCM connector M19 terminal 52 and ground.
52 (B) - Ground: Continuity should exist .
OK or NG
- OK: BCM power supply and ground circuit is OK.
- NG: Repair or replace harness.
