DTC Confirmation Test (P1126)

NOTE: If DTC confirmation procedure had been previously run, turn ignition off and wait at least 10 seconds before continuing.

Turn ignition on. Wait at least 2 seconds. Select DATA MONITOR mode with scan tool. Start engine and allow to idle for 5 seconds. If 1st trip DTC is detected, go to DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE . If 1st trip DTC is not detected, system is okay at this time.
