Remove combination meter. Insert a small screwdriver into hole in rear portion of speed sensor. Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between terminals while rotating sensor with screwdriver. See SPEED SENSOR CONTINUITY CHECK  table for terminal locations. While turning sensor, needle on ohmmeter should deflect twice per revolution on all models.
